Semovi officials lead flag-raising ceremony in Oaxaca

In Oaxaca de Juárez, Mexico, the Secretariat of Mobility (Semovi) participated in a national flag-raising ceremony as part of the “September, Month of the Homeland” program. Led by Secretary Yesenia Nolasco Ramírez and Subsecretary Rey Morales Sánchez, the event emphasized the theme of “National Sovereignty: The Homeland Under Construction.” Nolasco Ramírez highlighted the importance of institutional responsibility and the essential role of women in public life and social transformation.

In the Basque Country, the EAJ-PNV party outlined its “GIZABIDEA” framework for integral well-being. The initiative focuses on creating conditions for individual and collective prosperity, aiming to prevent vulnerability and support autonomy for all citizens, including youth and the elderly, through a community-centered approach.
