Senac EAD has launched a Real Estate Transactions Technician course designed to prepare professionals for the growing real estate market in Tocantins. The 10-month program is a prerequisite for obtaining professional registration with the Regional Council of Real Estate Agents (CRECI).

Graduates will be qualified to work in sectors including real estate, civil construction, urban development, and financial services. The distance learning format is available through support centers in Araguaína, Palmas, Taquaralto, and Senac Idiomas, with classes scheduled to begin on October 5. The program is authorized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) and offered through the Senac University Center.
