Senac hosts free professional development workshops in São Paulo

Senac is hosting the ‘Casa Aberta Senac’ event on August 28, offering free interactive activities across various units in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. The initiative aims to provide the public with practical experiences in professional development and various fields of knowledge.

In Presidente Prudente, the program includes technology and innovation workshops such as creating companies in Minecraft, internet of things (IoT) experiences, robotics, and virtual reality. Health and wellness activities will feature blood pressure and glucose testing, nursing demonstrations, and various beauty and skincare workshops. The schedule also includes gastronomy, management, and design sessions, alongside cultural performances.

In São José do Rio Preto, the event features a book exchange, sensory regulation spaces, and AI-driven design workshops. Highlights include a talk with actress Guta Stresser and a live gastronomy show demonstrating the preparation of Paella Caipira. The event is designed to allow the community to explore career possibilities and connect with the labor market through hands-on learning.
