SENADIS Entrepreneurship School shortlisted for Zero Project Awards 2027

The Entrepreneurship School for People with Disabilities and Caregivers, an initiative led by the National Disability Service (SENADIS) and funded by the Coquimbo Regional Government, has been shortlisted for the Zero Project Awards 2027.

The program was selected from a global pool of 615 nominations representing 94 countries. Out of the 159 solutions selected for the shortlist, only 21 belong to the public sector, with 20 originating from Latin America and the Caribbean.

The school aims to strengthen the autonomy, self-determination, and economic participation of people with disabilities and caregivers, particularly in rural areas where employment opportunities are limited. The program provides training, productive investment, and commercialization opportunities to 126 participants to help them develop independent life projects.
