SENASA and RENATRE collaborate on rural development and drone technology

Argentine agencies RENATRE and SENASA are strengthening their collaboration to support the rural sector. During a recent meeting, RENATRE presented its Sustainable Labor Practices Business Certification and the Rural Employment Program, both of which are free services designed to assist producers and workers. The partnership aims to combine the territorial reach and technical capacities of both institutions to simplify administrative procedures and improve service delivery to the agricultural sector.

Additionally, SENASA is co-organizing the First International Drone Congress in Tucumán, scheduled for September 23–25. The event focuses on the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in agriculture, promoting the integration of Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things. The congress aims to facilitate knowledge transfer between science, industry, and the state, while discussing intelligent regulations for the future of agriculture and the use of drones for sanitary surveillance.
