It specifically focuses on the death of 22-year-old Logan Federico, who was killed during a home invasion in Lexington County, South Carolina, by Alexander Dickey, a man with an extensive criminal history in South Carolina.

Critics have identified significant inaccuracies in the ad, noting that the narrative regarding Cooper’s direct responsibility for the suspect's release is false. The PAC has continued to promote the clip on social media despite the controversy surrounding its factual claims.
