Senator Bong Go inaugurates Super Health Centers in Davao region

Senator Christopher “Bong” Go has overseen the turnover of new Super Health Centers in the Davao region to improve primary healthcare access for remote and underserved communities.

In Davao Oriental, a new facility was inaugurated in Barangay Dapnan, Baganga, on October 24. This project is one of 16 Super Health Centers supported by Go in the province. The senator also visited a facility in San Isidro to assess its operations, emphasizing that community-level care can facilitate early illness detection and reduce the need for hospital travel.

In Davao City, a Super Health Center was turned over in Barangay Dumoy on October 22. This facility is part of a group of 10 centers supported by Go in the city. These centers are designed to provide essential services, including medical consultations, maternal healthcare, and diagnostics, to help residents avoid traveling to distant hospitals for basic medical needs.
