Senator Carlos Fávaro urges voters to scrutinize Senate alternates

Senator Carlos Fávaro (PSD) has urged voters in Mato Grosso to carefully evaluate Senate ticket candidates, specifically focusing on the quality of alternates. He emphasized that voters should not choose tickets with unreliable alternates, as these individuals can assume mandates and make significant decisions for the state.

Fávaro introduced his chosen alternates: Alexandre Schenkel, an agronomist and former president of the Mato Grosso Cotton Producers Association (Ampa) and the Brazilian Cotton Producers Association (Abrapa), and Carmen Machado, a retired public health servant. Fávaro stated that these selections aim to provide experience in agricultural production and increase representation for women and public servants.
