Senator Ciro Nogueira directed Senate funds to company owned by associate of Flávio Bolsonaro

Brazilian Senator Ciro Nogueira (PP-PI) directed at least R$ 136,500 in Senate funds to WT Administração de Imóveis e Bens, a company owned by lawyer Willer Tomaz, who is an associate of Senator Flávio Bolsonaro.

The payments were made through a housing allowance supplement received by Nogueira since 2023. The amount consists of 39 installments of R$ 3,500 intended to cover the rent of the senator's residence in Brasília. The 632-square-meter property was purchased by Tomaz's company in 2021 for R$ 4.5 million.

In addition to the supplement, Nogueira also received a monthly housing allowance of R$ 5,500. The Senate stated that both benefits can be used to cover the rent of a single property, which would total R$ 9,000 per month.

Payments ceased in May 2024, coinciding with a Federal Police search and seizure operation at the residence as part of 'Operação Compliance Zero,' an investigation into alleged fraud involving Banco Master.
