Senator Rapani outlines priorities for Calabria and Meloni Government review

Senator Ernesto Rapani has outlined the priorities for the Calabria region while reviewing the four-year tenure of the Meloni Government during recent events in Crucoli and Crosia. Rapani emphasized that national decisions must translate into concrete opportunities for local territories, focusing on stability, development, security, and infrastructure.

Key policy achievements highlighted include the progressive elimination of precarious employment within the public administration. This includes the stabilization of workers in the healthcare sector, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Culture, and judicial process offices. Rapani also noted his role in making funds for the stabilization of Social Inclusion Trainees (TIS) structural to provide long-term certainty for families and local authorities.

Regarding regional development, Rapani identified the Single Special Economic Zone (ZES unica) as a decisive tool for the South. He also called for continued momentum in infrastructure projects, including improvements to airports, ports, the Statale 106 highway, the Ionian railway, and the Corigliano Rossano courthouse.
