Olympique de Marseille defeats Toulouse 2-0 in Ligue 1

Olympique de Marseille secured their fourth consecutive victory in Ligue 1 with a 2-0 win against Toulouse FC at the Stade Vélodrome. Amine Harit opened the scoring in the second minute of the match, followed by a second goal from Amine Gouiri in the 25th minute after a defensive error by Toulouse.

Despite the scoreline, Toulouse maintained pressure throughout the second half, but were frustrated by two goals disallowed for offside. Marseille goalkeeper Jeffrey de Lange played a crucial role in preserving the lead, making several key saves to deny Toulouse's attackers.

The victory moves Marseille up to sixth place in the league standings. Other notable results from the ninth matchday included Paris FC defeating Monaco 3-1 and Lyon beating Angers 2-0.
