Senegal: NGO calls for investigation into computer program funds

Moundiaye Cissé, a member of the NGO 3D, is calling on the National Office for the Fight against Fraud and Corruption (OFNAC) to launch an investigation into the "One Student, One Computer" program.

Cissé argues that the scale of the public funds mobilized for the program justifies a thorough examination of its implementation and financial management. He suggests that while parliamentary initiatives are addressing public resource management, an OFNAC investigation would provide a non-political, technical verification to ensure transparency and identify potential irregularities.
