Following Mbaye's interrogation, police arrested three additional individuals: Madiaw Diop, Amath Fall, and Samba Sow. The group faces multiple charges, including criminal conspiracy, sexual harassment, acts against nature, willful transmission of HIV, and endangering the lives of others. The initial arrest occurred after a complainant reported being solicited for sexual encounters via WhatsApp.
