Senegal to validate national public service orientation strategy

Senegal is set to validate the National Strategy for Reception and Orientation (SNAO) within the public sector on October 29. Announced by Mamadou Abdoulaye Touré, the Director of Public Sector Transformation, the initiative aims to improve user experience by establishing a common reference framework for all administrations.

The strategy emphasizes user dignity through the development of active listening, empathy, availability, and courtesy within public services. The announcement followed a visit to Fatick by Mamadou Lamine Dianté, the Minister of Civil Service, Labor, and Public Service Reform, to evaluate regional departmental services.
