Senigallia driver charged after drunk driving accident

In Senigallia, a 23-year-old novice driver was reported to the judicial authorities after causing a traffic accident during the night. The individual lost control of a small car and collided with a parked vehicle.

Upon intervention by the Carabinieri, breathalyzer tests revealed a blood alcohol content of 1.2 g/l, which is more than double the legal limit. Due to the circumstances—including the nighttime timing, the resulting accident, and the driver's status as a new license holder—the driver faces charges for driving under the influence of alcohol and has had their license revoked.
