The city of Senigallia is seeing significant activity in its local sports sector. The Club Scherma Senigallia has commenced its new season, featuring two men's foil teams: one competing in the Italian Serie A2 Assoluti Championship and another in the Master Championship. The club has recently welcomed fencer Przemysław Szymon Wolny, who is scheduled to compete in the World Master Fencing Championships in Tbilisi, Georgia. Additionally, youth athlete Mariasole Pagnani secured a bronze medal in the Bambine/Giovanissime category at the 25th Trofeo Conero “Maurizio Pennazzi”.

Separately, the Municipality of Senigallia, in collaboration with the Panathlon Club Senigallia, hosted the 2026 Open Day dello Sport. The event involved approximately 500 primary school students from 30 classes, who participated in various sporting demonstrations and practical activities designed to promote health, inclusion, and community cohesion.
