Senior Garden Beta acquires land in Tábor for specialized care home

The company Senior Garden Beta has acquired land in the planned Dvorce district of Tábor for 20.5 million CZK to construct a specialized care home for seniors. The facility, intended to accommodate between 90 and 140 residents, will be built by the private investor at a cost of several hundred million CZK. As part of the agreement, the company is also responsible for constructing access roads that will eventually belong to the city.

Local opposition has raised concerns regarding the project, noting that the South Bohemian Region has not yet included the facility in its network of social services, which could impact user fees. Additionally, some officials have criticized the timing of the decision near the end of the current municipal election term.

In a broader industry context, ESG SeniorCARE is focusing on high-standard senior living through specialized investment funds. The group emphasizes measurable quality of care, utilizing digital tracking for medical tasks and designing facilities with hotel-like amenities to improve the experience for both residents and their families.
