Senior Sistemas launches Sara Studio platform to build custom AI agents

Senior Sistemas introduced Sara Studio, a platform that lets companies create bespoke artificial‑intelligence agents without advanced programming. The tool connects agents to internal data, supports natural‑language queries, and adds predictive analytics while complying with LGPD regulations. According to CEO Carlênio Castelo Branco, the platform enables organizations to turn specific business needs into their own AI solutions. Around 40 economic groups already use agents built on the SARA hub, which serves roughly 50,000 companies and manages data for 11 million employees.

A separate guide from Exame shows how similar AI capabilities can cut routine work time across functions such as marketing, human resources, finance and customer service. By prompting AI to draft documents, summarize reports, generate interview questions or extract key insights, professionals can focus on review and decision‑making rather than repetitive tasks.
