Senses release new alt-pop single ‘patterns’

Los Angeles-based alt-pop duo senses has released ‘patterns’, their first original single in over a year. Released through Hopeless Records, the track explores the psychological struggle of recognizing and breaking destructive thought cycles.

Comprised of vocalist Madison Taylor and drummer Nick Sampson, the duo utilizes dramatic shifts in musical intensity to mirror the tension between feeling trapped in familiar behaviors and the attempt to change. The band described the song as a “real-time awareness of the inner workings of your brain.”

The release coincides with the band’s current tour in the United Kingdom, where they are performing alongside Noahfinnce in cities including London, Glasgow, Newcastle, and Manchester.
