SentinelOne executives sell over $1.3 million in company stock
Three top executives at cybersecurity firm SentinelOne sold shares on September 8, 2026, totaling more than $1.3 million in value. The group included CEO Tomer Weingarten, CFO Sonalee Elizabeth Parekh, and Chief Legal Officer Keenan Conder.
While the simultaneous sales might appear as a warning sign, the transactions were largely technical. Weingarten and Conder engaged in ‘sell-to-cover’ transactions, which are required by company compensation plans to settle tax obligations following the vesting of Restricted Stock Units. Parekh’s sale of 21,664 shares was executed through a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan established in June 2026, an automated process used to manage liquidity and portfolio diversification.
Despite the sales, all three executives maintain significant holdings in the company. Weingarten retains approximately 1.8 million shares, Conder holds around 948,000, and Parekh holds 942,617 shares. At the time of the transactions, SentinelOne’s market capitalization was approximately $6.6 billion to $6.77 billion.
