Sentul City and Ozzy Sudiro in dispute over Palemboko land

A land ownership dispute regarding the Palemboko area in Bojong Koneng Village, Babakan Madang, Bogor Regency, has escalated between PT Sentul City Tbk and Ozzy Sulaiman Sudiro. The conflict involves conflicting claims over the territory and allegations of legal violations.

Ozzy Sudiro, through Palemboko manager Pepen Efendi, has reported allegations of land encroachment and extortion to the West Java Regional Police (Polda Jabar) Criminal Investigation Directorate (Ditreskrimum). Video footage from October 23, 2026, reportedly shows Sentul City workers constructing foundations and temporary shelters on the disputed land.

PT Sentul City Tbk has denied the accusations of extortion and land grabbing, maintaining that the area in question is a company asset. The West Java Regional Police have issued two summonses to the involved parties in October 2026 to clarify the matter, though reports indicate Sentul City has not yet responded to these invitations.
