Seo Kang-jun and Ahn Eun-jin star in new drama ‘Love Beyond You’

The new Korean romantic drama ‘Love Beyond You’ (also referred to as ‘Not Your Love’) premiered on September 12, starring Seo Kang-jun and Ahn Eun-jin. The series is available for viewers in Hong Kong and Taiwan via Amazon Prime Video.

The plot explores the realistic challenges faced by a couple, Namgoong Ho and Lee Mi-do, who have been in a relationship for ten years. As their initial passion fades into a sense of familiarity and routine, they face emotional tests and the temptation of new attractions. The story aims to move away from traditional fairy-tale romance tropes to depict the complexities of long-term relationships, including career pressures and the struggle between personal dreams and commitment.

Lead actors Seo Kang-jun and Ahn Eun-jin reportedly worked closely to build chemistry before filming to portray the seamless connection of a long-term couple. The drama is noted as Seo Kang-jun’s first project following his MBC演技大賞 win.
