Seo Kang-jun moves to 6 billion won Samseong-dong luxury villa

Actor Seo Kang-jun has reportedly moved from the Trimage complex in Seongsu-dong to a luxury residence in Samseong-dong, Seoul. After selling his 185㎡ unit in Trimage for 5.8 billion won last year, he purchased a new home in the Sangji Ritzville Kailum for approximately 6 billion won.

His sale of the Seongsu-dong property resulted in a capital gain of roughly 2.4 billion won. The new residence in Samseong-dong is a high-end, low-density complex completed in 2012, consisting of only 13 units designed to ensure privacy. The typical unit features four bedrooms and four bathrooms with a dedicated area of 287㎡.

By moving to the Samseong-dong area, Seo becomes a neighbor to several high-profile figures, including actors Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin, Song Hye-kyo, and various other celebrities and business owners.
