Seoul apartment re-supply: Cancelled units offered in Yeongdeungpo and Songpa

Several apartment units in Seoul are being re-offered to the public following contract cancellations and illegal transaction penalties.

In Yeongdeungpo-gu, POSCO E&C is supplying 67 units at ‘The Sharp Singil Central City’ due to member disqualifications and contract terminations. The supply includes 36 special supply units and 31 general supply units, primarily medium-sized layouts between 51㎡ and 84㎡. Subscription begins on August 18, with winners announced on August 27.

In Songpa-gu, a single 84㎡ unit at ‘Songpa Signature Lotte Castle’ is being re-supplied due to illegal resale or supply order disturbances. The supply price is approximately 940 million won, which is significantly lower than recent market transactions in the same complex that reached 2.1 billion won. This re-supply offers a potential profit of roughly 1 billion won. Applicants must be homeless householders residing in Seoul, and winners will be selected via lottery.
