Separate incidents reported in Saltillo and Zapopan

In Saltillo, a 70-year-old woman identified as Julia N. was found dead in her home in the Jardines Coloniales neighborhood. Preliminary investigations suggest she may have suffered a fall in her living room, resulting in a head injury. Family members noted she had various health issues. Emergency services and forensic experts attended the scene, and authorities from the Feminicides unit are reviewing security footage and evidence to confirm the circumstances of her death.

In Zapopan, an 85-year-old woman who had been reported missing was successfully located. Following a 911 call from her family, the C5 Escudo Jalisco monitoring center used surveillance cameras to track her near the intersection of Avenida Guadalajara and Calzada Federalismo. Municipal police intercepted the woman, who had been walking near a commercial establishment, and safely reunited her with her family.
