Septemvri Sofia defeats Spartak Varna 1-0 in efbet Liga

Septemvri Sofia secured their first victory of the new efbet Liga season with a 1-0 away win against Spartak Varna in the fifth round of the championship.

The decisive goal was scored in the 62nd minute by Andre Liberal, who found the net after receiving a cross from Ioan Baurenski. Despite several attempts from Spartak Varna to equalize, including a significant missed opportunity by Samuel Mayor in the 85th minute and late pressure during stoppage time, Septemvri Sofia maintained their lead.

With this win, Septemvri Sofia moves up to ninth place in the temporary standings with four points. Spartak Varna remains in seventh place with seven points, marking their second consecutive defeat under coach Yassen Petrov.
