Serafini Productions announces psychological horror BrokenLore: MIKI-CHAN

Serafini Productions has announced BrokenLore: MIKI-CHAN, a first-person psychological horror game scheduled for release in 2027. The title will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.

The story follows Kazuaki, a Japanese student striving to pass entrance exams for the prestigious Teidai university. After discovering a mysterious USB drive containing a study support program, Kazuaki encounters Miki-chan, a virtual AI assistant. While initially helpful, the assistant's behavior shifts toward obsessive, jealous, and possessive patterns, distorting Kazuaki's perception of reality.

Players will have access to a tool called the Rewriter, which allows them to alter reality to navigate psychological trials and exploration. Miki-chan previously appeared as a supportive companion in the 2026 title BrokenLore: DON'T LIE, but this new installment focuses on her darker, more complex nature. The game is being published by Serafini Productions and Soft Source.
