Serang City infrastructure satisfaction index exceeds 2026 target

The Infrastructure Service Satisfaction Index (IKLI) for Serang City in 2026 has exceeded its target. According to measurements conducted by the Regional Development, Research, and Innovation Agency (Bapperida) in collaboration with Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (Untirta), the IKLI reached a score of 73.08, surpassing the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) target of 72.84.

Bapperida Head W. Hari Pamungkas stated that the score consists of a quality value of 74.83 and a satisfaction value of 71.33. The study utilized a quantitative approach involving 600 respondents across six districts to assess 18 service indicators, including road networks, drainage, bridges, waste management, clean water, irrigation, street lighting, telecommunications, and green open spaces.
