Seraphim Space launches new New Space UCITS ETF

Seraphim Space has announced the launch of the Seraphim New Space UCITS ETF, a fund designed to provide targeted exposure to companies within the emerging space economy. Developed in collaboration with HANetf, the ETF tracks the Seraphim New Space Index, which utilizes a proprietary methodology to weight companies involved in satellite manufacturing, launch services, earth observation, and space connectivity.

Unlike traditional aerospace funds, this ETF adopts a ‘pure-play’ approach, placing a higher emphasis on commercial infrastructure and services while reducing the weight of traditional defense and legacy aerospace firms. The fund aims to capture the growth of a sector that McKinsey predicts could reach approximately $1.8 trillion by 2035.

The ETF will be listed on several exchanges: the London Stock Exchange under the ticker SPCE, Xetra under SERA, and Borsa Italiana under SERA.
