Serasa and Burger King partner for Halloween credit score campaign
Serasa and Burger King have launched a joint Halloween campaign titled “Quem tem medo do score?” (Who is afraid of the score?) to encourage consumers to check their credit ratings. For the second consecutive year, the partnership aims to promote financial education by addressing the common anxiety associated with monitoring personal credit scores.
On October 30, customers visiting participating Burger King drive-thrus can redeem a free Cheddar Jr. or Chicken Jr. sandwich. To qualify, individuals must access the Serasa app and present their Serasa Score screen. The promotion is limited to one sandwich per CPF and per vehicle, subject to availability.
The Serasa Score is a metric ranging from 0 to 1,000 that indicates the probability of a consumer paying financial commitments on time. A higher score typically suggests a lower risk of default and better access to credit. This initiative follows a previous successful collaboration where participants received free burgers for presenting unpaid bills and fries for installing the Serasa app.
