Serbia and Croatia real estate markets see surge in listings and buyer interest

In Serbia, the agency Bulevar nekretnina is promoting several modern properties, including a renovated 179 sq m house near Čurug priced at €81,690, a 212 sq m new‑construction home in Alibegovac with a private pool priced at €463,500, and a 16,830 sq m land parcel in Čenej listed for €160,730.

Separate public auctions organized by CompanyWall list homes for sale at reduced prices, such as a family house in the centre of Ruma with a starting bid of 19,108,888 din and an estimated value of 27,298,412 din, a house in Lebane starting at 109,050 din, and a property in Bajmok beginning at 9,945,033 din.

In Croatia, demand for housing around Zagreb is rising sharply. Buyers are targeting suburbs such as Velika Gorica, Samobor, Dugo Selo, Zaprešić and Zabok, where average prices are about €3,000 per square metre (ranging from €2,500 to €3,600). Affordability and larger living space are driving families to relocate from the capital to these peripheral towns.
