Serbia real estate auctions to feature properties at reduced prices
A series of electronic public real estate auctions will take place in Serbia from August 26 to September 9 via the eaukcija.sud.rs portal. These auctions often feature starting prices significantly lower than the estimated market value of the properties.
Notable listings include a 102-square-meter family house in Valjevo, scheduled for auction on August 27, with a starting price of 12,320,000 dinars against an estimated value of 17,600,000 dinars. On August 28, a 68-square-meter weekend house on Zlatibor, including a 410-square-meter plot, will be auctioned with a starting price of 9,157,563 dinars—approximately half of its 18,315,126 dinar valuation.
Other available properties include a four-bedroom apartment in New Belgrade, set for auction on September 2 with a starting price of 45,204,967.50 dinars, and a residential building in Subotica priced at approximately 2.46 million dinars.
