Serbia Rejects Montenegro's Claim of Hybrid War, Calls for Dialogue

Serbia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that it had received the statement from Montenegro’s foreign ministry, describing it as confirmation of the hybrid nature of certain groups in Montenegro influencing Serbia’s political life. The Serbian ministry rejected the accusations, stating that Serbia has no territorial claims on Montenegro, respects its statehood, and notes that many Serbian citizens admire and love Montenegro.

The ministry urged that disputes be resolved through institutional dialogue and diplomatic channels, emphasizing cooperation on economic ties, infrastructure connections, free movement of people, and the strengthening of mutual trust.
