Serbia concludes 6,000 dinar one-time financial aid distribution
The distribution of a 6,000 dinar one-time financial aid payment to adult citizens in Serbia is concluding. This measure is part of a broader state support package that has reached approximately 7.1 million people.
Recipients from the Shareholders' Fund may receive higher amounts, such as 7,700 dinars, due to accumulated unpaid dividends from previous years. For heirs of deceased fund holders, payments can reach 12,000 or 18,000 dinars, provided they present a valid inheritance decree at Poštanska štedionica branches.
While the official distribution period ends on September 25, Serbian Post clarified that this is not the final deadline for withdrawals. Citizens who applied via the Treasury Administration portal have one year to collect their funds, while those from the Shareholders' Fund face no time limit. Legal experts have noted that these specific funds are protected by law and cannot be seized by enforcement officers to settle debts.
