Serbia women's handball team begins preparations for Ohrid tournament

The Serbian women's national handball team has begun preparations in Kruševac ahead of the upcoming EHF week and the ‘Trophy of Macedonia’ tournament in Ohrid. The team will remain in Kruševac until Wednesday before traveling to North Macedonia.

Due to European club commitments, players from Crvena Zvezda and Naiza are not included in this specific squad. Head coach Sandra Kolaković noted that this period serves as a vital opportunity for younger players to compete for positions in the national team ahead of the European Championship. The coach emphasized a focus on team play, defense, and counter-attacks.

The tournament in Ohrid will feature Serbia competing against teams from Croatia and Montenegro.
