Serbian actor Dragiša Milojković dies at 55

Dragiša Milojković, a veteran member of the Belgrade Drama Theatre, died at the age of 55. He passed away in the Clinical Center in Kragujevac after a brief illness; details of his funeral have not yet been released.

Born on 12 May 1971 in Jagodina, Milojković graduated in acting from the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, studying under professor Petar Banićević. Over his career he performed on stage, in film and on television, becoming widely known for his role as Milutin in the popular Serbian comedy series "Seljaci". He also appeared in series such as "Mješoviti brak" and "Zvezdara" and authored the book "Ja, moj otac" in 2008.
