The Football Association of Serbia appointed Belgian former FIFA referee Frank De Bleker as head of its Refereeing Commission ahead of the new season. De Bleker, who officiated at two World Cups and the European Championship, was selected pending UEFA approval, replacing the previous domestic candidate.

Separately, the Executive Board of the Football Association of Republika Srpska released its ranking of league delegates for the First and Second divisions. Five delegates topped the First‑league list – Marko Mihajlović, Zoran Đukanović, Bojan Milanković, Nemanja Kulina and Mario Milijašević – while nine referees led the First‑league group on the Second‑league side. The results highlight the differing performance levels among officials in the entity's football competitions.
