Serbian football clubs extend contracts of key players

FK Železničar Pančevo announced the renewal of goalkeeper and captain Zoran Popović’s contract until the summer of 2027, citing his pivotal role in the club’s historic European qualification. The club also secured the services of sprinter Nemanja Vidojević with a new three‑year deal running to 2029, emphasizing stability and continued growth.

FK Čukarički confirmed that young goalkeeper Vladan Čarapić has extended his contract until June 2029 after impressing during the previous season’s playoffs and attracting interest from European scouts. The club highlighted his potential ahead of the upcoming U‑19 European Championship and reiterated its commitment to developing home‑grown talent.
