Serbian Leaders Present EU Reform Progress in Brussels
On 3 July, Serbia held a conference in Brussels titled “Serbia's Reform Momentum: From Commitment to Delivery”. The event showcased the country’s progress toward European Union membership.
Key speakers included President of the National Assembly Ana Brnabić, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Siniša Mali, Foreign Minister Marko Đurić, and Minister for European Integration Nemanja Starović. They detailed reforms in rule of law and legislation, economic measures and macro‑economic results, investment potential, and foreign‑policy priorities. The discussion highlighted Serbia’s alignment with the EU Growth Plan for the Western Balkans and its commitment to meeting accession obligations.
Organised by Serbia’s Mission to the EU with media adviser Suzana Vasiljević, the conference featured a panel and a Q&A session with EU officials, member‑state representatives and analysts, aiming to demonstrate tangible reform outcomes and strengthen trust with European partners.
