Serbian Olympic Committee President Dejan Tomasevic Meets New Turkish Olympic Chief Veli Ozan Chakir

Dejan Tomasevic, president of the Serbian Olympic Committee, paid an official visit to the Turkish Olympic Committee and met its newly elected president, Veli Ozan Chakir. The meeting marked the first formal visit to the Turkish chief since he took office and confirmed a mutual desire to deepen cooperation between the two national Olympic bodies.

The two leaders discussed joint projects, the preparation for the fourth European Games scheduled for 2027 in Istanbul, and agreed to intensify communication and collaboration. They also planned a follow‑up meeting in Taranto during the upcoming Mediterranean Games.
