Serbian parliamentary delegations visit Merdare military base

Delegations from the National Assembly of Serbia's committees for defense, internal affairs, and security services visited the Merdare base within the Land Security Zone. Led by deputies Milovan Drecun and Igor Bečić, the delegation was received by Major General Zoran Nasković, commander of the Land Forces.

During the visit, officials were presented with the organization and tasks of the Serbian Army in the security zone. The delegation observed improved living and working conditions for personnel, as well as modern equipment including optoelectronic devices, unmanned aerial vehicles, high-mobility motor vehicles, protective gear, and small arms used to secure the administrative line with Kosovo and Metohija.
