Serbian police and bar owner arrested over 2025 shooting linked to Miloš Nilović
The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade announced that several members of the police Intervent Unit, together with the owner of the Steak and Wine bar, were detained on suspicion of covering up a brawl and a shooting that occurred in the venue in November 2025.
The investigation identifies Saša Vuković Boske as a suspect in the murder of Aleksandar Nešović Baje, while the injured party is identified as Miloš Nilović, known as “Runjo”. Nilović has previously been mentioned in Serbian media as being associated with the “Škaljarski clan” and has survived multiple prior attacks. The arrests include unit commander Dušan Ninković, three of his colleagues, and the bar’s director.
Authorities allege that the suspects attempted to conceal the incident and that the shooting was part of a broader feud involving Nilović and Vuković.
