Serbia inaugurated the glass observation deck “Kablar” on the mountain Kablar near Čačak. The ceremony was attended by President Aleksandar Vučić, Assembly President Ana Brnabić, the minister of tourism and local officials.

The €1‑2 million project, built by Energoprojekt, sits at 879 m altitude below the summit and offers panoramic views of three municipalities, the Zapadna Morava valley and surrounding hills. The structure was safety‑tested to carry up to 150 tons (132 tons recorded) and will charge an entry fee of 500 dinars.

Officials expect at least 300 000 visitors a year, tying the site into the Expo 2027 tourism programme and a broader investment of about a billion dinars in roads, a renovated railway station, a nature centre, a marina and other infrastructure in the Ovčarsko‑Kablarska gorge.
