Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić made a series of visits to Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the Rmanj monastery in Martin Brođ. He met with Republika Srpska leaders Milorad Dodik, Nenad Stevandić and local officials, and emphasized that there are no “Bosnian or Croatian Serbs”, only Serbs, warning governments and media against pejorative terms.

Vučić highlighted Serbia’s €142 million funding for projects in Republika Srpska and Bosnia, citing support for the Yumco textile plant in Drvar to preserve jobs, especially for women, and announced an additional €140,000 for new equipment. He linked these investments to preventing depopulation of Serb‑majority villages.

During the same trip Vučić and Dodik laid wreaths at the Petrovačka road memorial, describing the 1995 Croatian air‑strike on a refugee convoy as the “most cold‑blooded crime against civilians”. Serbia will fund a monument and a chapel at the site.
