Serbian Singer Teodora Džehverović Purchases €40,000 Dilapidated House Near Belgrade

Serbian pop singer Teodora Džehverović bought a rundown house outside Belgrade, near the town of Kačarevo, for about €40,000. The property was described as old and abandoned, with a small yard, and requires extensive renovation. Džehverović posted a series of Instagram videos showing the house and announced that she will remodel it to her taste, saying she will not officially live there but will use it as a retreat when needed.

According to local media, she hired workers last year to begin the reconstruction work. The singer emphasized that the renovation will be a gradual process, aiming to enjoy the project step by step.
