Serbian television launches new seasons of ‘The Chase’ and ‘The Biggest Loser’

Radio-televizija Srbije (RTS) has announced a new season of the quiz show ‘The Chase’ (Potera), beginning October 5. The show will expand its broadcast schedule to four days a week, running Monday through Thursday at 21:00. This season introduces Slobodan Šarenac as a co-host alongside Jovan Memedović. Šarenac, a veteran with over 35 years of television experience, noted that he has been studying Memedović’s hosting style to prepare for the new role.

Separately, TV Nova has launched the third season of the weight-loss competition ‘The Biggest Loser’ (Najveći gubitnik). The program features 16 contestants embarking on a three-month health transformation supported by trainers, doctors, and nutritionists. Among the participants is Aleksandar Isailović, a former wrestler from Šabac, who currently weighs 207kg and aims to reach an ideal weight of 88kg.
