Serena Marku wins Dilettando 2026 talent competition in Grosseto

Serena Marku, a 12-year-old singer born in Albania and residing in Grosseto, won the 23rd edition of the Dilettando competition held at the Teatro Moderno in Grosseto. For her performance of Aretha Franklin’s “Think,” she was awarded the prestigious “Natalino Galgani” prize.

In second place, the dance group Anime Mediterranee, consisting of twelve dancers from Barbara Botarelli’s Progetto Danza school and led by choreographer Mimmo Saracino, received the special “Danza e Ballo” award from Finanzia&Friends.

Ten-year-old musician Evelin Quku took third place, performing on the accordion with a repertoire ranging from the music of “Amélie” to more energetic pieces.
