Serenada Festival to feature musical and poetic dialogue in Puerto de La Cruz

The Serenada Festival is introducing a creative initiative titled Cantando Poetas, which brings together six musicians from various Canary Islands to compose a unique repertoire based on the works of participating poets. This project, described as an Emotional Cartography of the Canary Islands, aims to create an exclusive musical archive through the distinct perspectives of each artist.

The performances will take place on November 20 and 21 at the gardens of the Anglican Church near Taoro Park in Puerto de La Cruz. The lineup includes Salomé Moreno, Della Du, and Xavi Suárez on Friday, followed by Claudia Álamo and Silvia Izquierdo on Saturday. The event is designed as an intimate space to foster community and connection through the intersection of music and poetry.
