Sergio Busquets begins coaching career with FC Barcelona

Former FC Barcelona captain Sergio Busquets has begun his transition into coaching by joining the technical staff of Barcelona Atlétic, the club's reserve team. Working under head coach Juliano Belletti, Busquets is currently observing training sessions and matches from the stands to learn the professional coaching process.

According to reports from Mundo Deportivo, Busquets is preparing to enroll in the UEFA A coaching course in the coming weeks. Once he obtains this license, he will be eligible to manage national-level youth teams or serve as an assistant coach for the first team. His long-term goal involves progressing to the UEFA PRO license, the highest coaching qualification.

During this initial phase, Busquets is maintaining a professional distance from the players, focusing his communication on tactical suggestions specifically for midfielders. He joined the staff before starting his formal training to ensure he is fully prepared for the responsibilities of a coaching role.
