Sergio Busquets returns to Barcelona as assistant coach

Sergio Busquets has officially returned to FC Barcelona to begin his coaching career. The 38-year-old former midfielder will serve as an assistant coach for Barça Atlètic, the club's reserve team, working under head coach Juliano Belletti.

Busquets, a club legend who made 722 appearances and won 32 trophies during his 15-season tenure with the first team, is using this role to gain practical experience while completing his official coaching certification. This marks his first professional engagement since retiring from active play following a stint with Inter Miami in the United States.

The club stated that Busquets will bring his extensive football knowledge and experience to help develop the club's young talents within the reserve squad.
